About the Role

Your main tasks are to take care of customers who want to rent a car from us, both corporate customers and private individuals. This includes receiving, confirming, and preparing car rental bookings via phone, email, and in person. The position involves administrative tasks, handling emergency calls, as well as car washing and delivery, making the workdays very diverse and allowing you to meet both customers and internal contacts.

You will be part of a team with colleagues within Europcar but also have colleagues in sales and service marketing at the same workplace.
